In the morning the whole group had breakfast in the canteen. After the breakfast 🥞 we went to the supermarket to buy food for the rest of the day, after that we went to the museum. At 10 am we were in the Museum of Science and Industry, there we met Mr Humphrey‘s sister and brother-in-law. We had almost 2 hours to look at the museum and walk around. We were given a fun task where we had to take photos of interesting exhibits and collect as much new vocab as possible. When we finished the challenge, we had a break to eat something. However, some have already started working on the second challenge there. After the break we went to the John Rylands Library 📚for 30 minutes. It’s a beautiful old library that reminded us of Harry Potter. 

Then after the library came the best part of the day. We had some free time to go through Manchester in groups of 3-6 people. Most of the groups went to the shopping centre to go shopping. Afterwards we went back to the youth hostel, there we had some time to relax in our rooms. When the break was ending, it was time to eat. Mr Humphrey bought us traditional Fish and Chips. People here eat it with mushy peas and baked beans. Most of us were quite sceptical ;) At the end of the day, we could play games.
